Lovely looking chair well made quickly delivered BUT one front leg is shorter than the others by 1 centimetre Yes I measured it and tried chair on several floors Have stuck adhesive felt pad on it so now it s level but really - you should check your stuff before sending out Due to ill health simply haven t got energy to send back with all the faff that would involve Since sending this I have been contacted by phone and email - very impressive Replacement was speedily offered but as I have cobbled an improvement I shall live with it They have given me some refund for the problem Lovely people to deal with and very concerned about the fault Clearly a company rare in today s world

Bought 3 Spinningfields Bar Stool - Brown Real Leather Seat - Gold Base - 66cm at 239 00 each Delivery time was very good ordered on a Friday and delivered following Tuesday The chairs are sturdy and perfect height for my kitchen island time will tell if the leather upholstery will hold with daily use Only reason for the lower rating is the product design each chair came fitted with 3 2 5 black foam pads on the U-shaped base fixed with self adhesive they were barely fit for purpose when arrived and hardly 1mm of cushioning left to protect any wood flooring or if you had rough stone flooring the based will be scratched For this price I would have expected hardwearing nylon stud pads so make sure to get them replaced before using them Update 8 10 2024- I have increased my rating as the company has been in touch a viable solution was found and customer service has agreed to reimburse for cost Customer service is exceptional

Great Barstools Excellent Customer Service

We recently order two leather Ivy barstools the quality and style was excellent and really suit there position in our interior scheme perfectly Unfortunately we had a quality issue with one of the seats but the customer service to replace the faulty seat pad was excellent and they resolved this for us both quickly and in a very professional manner We would highly recommend Where The Saints GO
