Great in an emergency

I am an islander who now lives on the mainland I have had to get to the island quickly or delay departure owing to family emergency bereavement on a number of occasions and they have been very sympathetic and made amendments without question or charge This really helped at a difficult time and is much appreciated

Very good service

Very good service I went with my family and a car on a return trip people were very helpful and polite The ferry was very clean both ways and my child enjoyed being on the ferry too Food and coffee service was good and there s enough seats for everyone

sometimes i like to get into a sleeping

sometimes i like to get into a sleeping bag slather myself in butter and roll around on the floor pretending to be a slug who else wants in on this

Friendly prompt and fast

Just taking the fast cat to Ryde Friendly staff prompt departure and relaxed atmosphere It is a world of difference and a cure for my train journey I suggest they dump the Costa coffee partnership and get in a local company that can actually make coffee

Awesome Staff both sides

We decided to take a day and ride our motorbikes around the island so we booked an outbound ferry but by the time we had done that there were no returns back to Lymington We went anyway and the staff in Lymington could not have helped us any more by getting us back I didnt catch his name but he was South African I think Super keen to help us On the return to Yarmouth we were met by a really helpful friendly bloke called Nik who got us on the very next ferry We simply could not have asked for more from these two amazing Wight Link staff Thank you so very much Thank you and keep up the good work
