Do not give them your money You will not get your wig Sadly I have cancer lost all of my hair from chemo and I haven t gotten the wig I ordered 2 months ago They do not reply to emails and their phone goes straight to voicemail They have never replied to any of my emails or voicemails

They don t send the wigs That don t answer the phones or emails Practically fraudulent Your better off buying something at party city these people don t care and will steal your money

I ordered a wig and never received it My card was charged I have made numerous phone calls and left messages since no one answers My emails have also been unanswered DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I wish I had checked them out first live and learn There are many other online sellers that are reputable and give great service SCAM

Beware of ordering from Wilshire

Beware of ordering from Wilshire Wigs I returned two wigs from Wilshire Wigs The USPS tracking indicated that my return package was received on 1 31 20 I m writing this on 3 6 20 and my credit card has not been credited I have talked to one customer service rep and another time to Norman in Accounting and was reassured both times that I would be seeing my refund shortly You always end up having to leave a message because they are busy helping other customers I have also used their email service asking for help and have never received a response Obviously I am very upset Good news - after contacting the BBB I received my refund They asked for the tracking number AGAIN said that they couldn t find my package and it happens a lot that packages are delivered to the wrong building but they would give me a refund anyway If many packages are delivered to the wrong building what do they do - throw them away If their excuse is remotely true they greatly need to fix their returns department Thank goodness for the BBB and their quick response

Total Rip-Off

They sent me the wrong wig and even though I returned it brand new in original packaging immediately they will not refund my money They ripped me off for almost 1 000

Never used this company before and NEVER will again I ordered a wig that said IN STOCK and paid 35 dollars for 1-3 day shipping It s been 5 days and still has not shipped I tried calling and emailing and have gotten no response Reported them to the BBB and my credit card company This is absolutely horrible service Do not use them

Buyer beware

Paid over 300 for a wig and a week later they tell me it would not be in stock for 3 more months and did I want a refund I asked to cancel the order and refund my money No refund comes in and every time I call if I m lucky to actually get a person on the phone they look up the order and say it s still open so they promise the same thing again that they will cancel and ask their accounting person to refund Over a month now and no refund I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years and this has never happened that the wig company will not promptly refund for an out of stock item

Terrible Run dont walk

Something happened to this company used to be good Placed order for an accessory and no email response multiple emails item still says processing I think they are out of business since the main store is closed So now scamming people will call my credit card company and get a refund horrible

Don t order from here The prices seem great but its not a professional company that sends the orders out Took my money and never sent order Left lots of messages and emails and never got a response back Shame on them for scamming people Especially at Christmas
