Very user UNfriendly I thought I d give a couple of free options ago including without but it was a total waste of time

Poor experience all round

Incredibly long load times for sites and bugs meant I couldn t edit the pages after the first few days Support was also terrible and slow

Worst experience ever

Don t trust this company Inferior products Zero customer service Would like to rate as zero Wasted my money

I want to add to the other reviews that said this site wants to make them pull their hair out because there is no better way to state this I have had nothing but trouble with this site and want to pull all my hair out I wish I had known how bad it was and changed my mind before I sent out invites through the site What a disaster apparently every time they make an update to the site some part of the functionality stops working and I am stuck Because every time I hit one of the many bugs they have their support team tells me that they just released an update and the issue is related to the update I have already experienced multiple outages on the site since I started using them approximately 6 months ago Also using their gift registry has been terribly frustrating for both me and my guests Gifts are not arriving guests don t know whether their gift was actually ordered and sent or not I also received the wrong item from one order They actually used to have really great customer support in the past that helped with all these issues but recently it s gone so far downhill I don t know what happened with that It s made it so much harder Recently I can t find anyone to answer my questions correctly and accurately Frustrating is an understatement Stay away I wish they actually cared that they are making wedding planning harder for us instead of making it easier

When you type in the actual website

When you type in the actual website domain on the RSVP card you can not find the couple Even typing in their first and last names does not work You must use the qr code and can not look at the website on a computer Way too much hassle go with Tie the Knot

Worst website experience I have ever had

The worst Never gave me hundreds of dollars in gift cards They keep telling me the same thing to check my email but I try to reiterate it s not there I have checked every folder No one helps Worst customer service ever They take forever to reply and then just say the same things Frustrating when I would love to just talk to someone Never use this app if you want to receive the gift cards your guests give you Go with literally anyone else Never had such a bad experience with a sight

They do not have customer service at all I ve tried reaching out several times through the only option- webchat It says it ll take 24 HOURS for someone to respond INSANE But wait they actually just won t ever respond I have never heard back
