I would leave no stars if that was possible wizkidz sold me a kiss promoted commander deck and will not give me a timeline of when they can replace it I sent them the deck over a month ago and all they keep telling me is we are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets right now and are unable to provide you with a timeline Wizkidz sells overpriced products which need to come with an overpriced customer service experience and I am a completely appalled at how horrible this has been I submitted my ticket in October and it is now the day before December and they can still not give me an answer to anything Completely worthless

Appalling Customer Service Product Replacement
Customer Service Product Replacement is appalling Only canned responses are provided in an attempt to have a missing figure replaced from a boardgame I even requested a wizkids game designer for assistance with a replacement with no response after the game designer forwarded it to customer service The product is still sold on their webstore but the product is not listed for any replacement

I ordered a booster brick of dnd icons of the realms mythic odysseys of Theros and it s been ages and it s not even labeled as dispatched on the shop app I messaged wizkids 3 times about international orders and they said it can take up to thirty days to process just bought somthing from the states on eBay and it come in a week and a whole company can t give my product within the month it s appalling if you live in the uk it s even worse as you can hardly get dnd minis over here and there all out of stock on places like ZATU and MAGICMADHOUSE so your left with buying somthing from the company that makes them and they don t ship untill months later it s shocking also horrific customer service I got the same generated email 3 times and when I asked to speak to someone I get no reply it s so bad I am also a content creator in the uk for dnd products and this isn t the first issue I ve had I will also be making a video on the poor customer service

Wizkids professional bait and switchers I would leave negative stars I bought the mega-dungeon bundle and they changed it to the mega walls bundle and then raised the price of the dungeon bundle 100 00 Then ignored my messages Scummy business practices

I ordered a 70 product from WizKids After waiting a couple of weeks the tracking reported it as delivered but it hadn t been delivered I contacted customer services They assured me they would re-send it nope It s been 43 days now and I am still getting reassurance messages from customer services that my product is on its way and the tracking info should update shortly Shocking service

Ignored by Customer Service Despite Problem with Order and Return Policy
Long story short Ordered 3 items intending to maximize shipping value Received 2 3 items with a packing slip that didn t include my primarily desired item Contacted support and was told they d send a new one When asked they said to wait a week before following up They update their site to sold out I inquire again saying I m worried and it s easy to assume they ran out Support confirms it s out of stock and immediately executes a partial refund for the item paid price plus about 1 3 of the shipping total 10 off voucher as a token of our apology Note I had a 10 off coupon already and getting a 10 coupon only requires registering an email address for the newsletter Valueless I explain I didn t get the main item I was looking for and mainly ordered the other two items to get shipping cost value Lamented that they didn t contact me before shipping me 2 3 items as if nothing was wrong and that they didn t contact me before executing a partial refund rather than letting me assess my options I found the item I d wanted elsewhere for about 10 more In the meantime I see they give out 15 off codes to people who leave items in their cart I followed up a few times pointing out I had to pay more for the item because of their delays and lack of communication talking through how their handling was not consumer friendly and how their 10 voucher is basically worthless and doesn t even compare to the free 15 off code I indicated I was not satisfied and wanted information on a partial or full return of my 2 items I did receive I ve been ignored for a calendar week at this point My last communication today laid out my reasoning for how this handling may not literally be theft but is the same in spirit I will never buy from Wizkids again Ignoring support inquiries and valid requests for returns is poor practice and invalidates the return policy on their site Buyer beware - quality may be hit or miss and their honoring of policies or rectifying of mistakes will be just as hit or miss

Scammers I ll never buy again
I ordered an item worth something like 100 They shipped it It never reached me Expedition says the address was wrong but it wasn t it s literally my home address where I receive hundreds of items form Amazon or Vinted or eBay etc The package was returned to WizKids But did I have a refund Nope I contacted them and after one initial answer where they confirmed the package was returned I never heard of them again despite insisting a lot

I am a huge Wizkids customer but
I am a huge Wizkids customer at my local dealer but some products are hard to get so I bought 4 items on the Wizkids website and paid USD94 62 including shipping I bought 1 unpainted mini and 3 kidrobot plushes for my sons Christmas gifts All items were In Stock at the time of the order I received the prepainted mini a week or so after the order was paid When I received the box I thought the box was way too small for all 4 items When I opened the box there was only the one mini I ordered I checked online and they split the order in two The plushes were waiting for shipping process to begin I waited another week and I checked again and the order status was the same so I contacted Wizkids to ask about it They replied there was a delay and to hold on with patience 2 weeks later the order was still waiting to be processed so I contacted them again to know what was going on No answer I sent another email a couple days after and I had still no answer from them I sent a refund request by email and I had no answer I checked online and found people had similar experience than mine with Wizkids which really startles me since the products are always high quality and brings a lot of joy and fun to my family I opened a transaction dispute with my credit card company in the hopes that I ll get a refund The real sad thing is my sons will have no plush for Christmas and they really wanted it so bad I feel I was let down by Wizkids and I doubt I ll ever order from them again
