I ordered wolf worthy as a sample which arrived then finally ordered a big bag The bag went missing and I had to run around looking for the bag in different houses for hours It turned out that their printer cut off the first number hence ended up where it did I managed to get in contact with Diane who was so kind however it was the next day despite calling them around 4pm the day before which just rings to a busy tone or voicemail Trying to reach out to them was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER despite asking if they could call me Luckily Bella and Duke and even Butternut Box are not like this company They action things right away so I was able to get my dog Bella and Duke the next day I even called Royal mail in which they were also trying to locate my delivery and the next day I received an email ask about the food and if I managed to find it at other neighbours houses Low and behold I managed to get my parcel as the lady that it was wrongly delivered to ALSO went on a trip around the area looking to see who it belonged to I ended up with Bella and Duke and Wolfworthy Now the worse thing about this company is that on the same day a customer service person replied to me she happened to have forwarded my messages all back to me I asked why she forwarded them to me and she said it was a mistake as she was supposed to forward our conversation to the management NOW why have I not received a call or even an email from the management team Clearly they don t care I stopped all of my friends getting their food as their customer service is APPALING On top of that despite the transition phase my dog vomited for 3 days straight each time he ate the food so maybe its a sign He lost weight and did not seem energetic at all PLUS his stools were massive I cancelled my subscription today which is weird because despite what happened they still send you emails regarding different things but no email to acknowledge their mistake To conclude the customer service assistant was kind but unfortunately her team and managers let her down Ironic for a company to be called Wolf worthy when their staff are all a bunch of sheep

Ordered 2 sample packs but only received 1 Have emailed but no reply have phoned but can t get to speak to anyone Still waiting for this to be sorted

I lost my Cavalier to pancreatitis after 12 months on this food The fat content is too high at 19 I wish I had realised I would not recommend this for any dog

Don t buy the sample 2 99 and you get 64g worth so you can t make your mind up if it s any good and that s awfully expensive that was a postage cost

I started my puppy on this when she was 12 weeks old It gave her diarrhea so I decided to feed her on raw food which she has done very well on Wolfworthy asked me for a review which was not published on their website It is strange that the lowest star they have on their website is 4 stars

I purchased a 1 5kg bag after reading so many great reviews I really wanted my dog to love this food as it seems a great alternative to regular kibble I received my order in good time I took a handful out and offered it to my dog and he demolished it Next day following the guidelines to transition him from one food to the other I mixed it with his regular food He ate his regular food leaving all the wolfworthy I tried again and again same thing Next day I didn t feed him all day until the evening and gave no treats poor thing was starving Presented him with a bowl of just wolfworthy just walked away I don t understand he s not even a fussy eater he will eat anything I even played his favourite hide and search game with the food he would find it but wouldn t eat it I contacted wolfworthy on Instagram and received prompt response they said I could return the food as it was going to cost me 7 to send it by courier as they suggested I decided there was not really much point 1 3 kg left as I didn t put rejected food back in the bag I m really disappointed but he just will not eat it

Did not receive after a week Got an instant refund from PayPal They must know something about this company to give an instant refund I would recommend avoiding

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Had high hopes for this food ordered a large bag tried all 3 dogs on it following feeding guidelines etc all 3 dogs had absolutely huge sloppy poop tried to leave an honest review on the Facebook page got blocked Also strange that they only publish 4 or 5 star reviews on the website AVOID AVOID AVOID

The food is ok but basically just very expensive kibble I cancelled my subscription but they didn t process it I received an email advising of a new order and I replied immediately cancelling it They didn t process that either until after they d despatched it and only refunded part of the payment

I ordered a large bag for my dogs They ate it to begin with but then stopped eating it after a few days A few weeks later I get an email to say my next bag is on its way I go to my account and it says I subscribed however I did not Why would I subscribe to something I don t know whether they will like or not They have taken 56 payment from my account so have emailed customer services Will see how customer focused they are when I get a reply Feel like I ve been tricked into a subscription I will be disputing with my bank if they don t refund so please think twice before giving your customer to Wolfworthy Update re feedback below it wasn t clear and never received an email three days before giving me option to cancel
