I am awarding this product 5 stars to highlight the product s quality and the seller s integrity despite a challenging experience similar to many others The bottom line is that the product arrived four months late and the company s pre-order policy did not permit refunds However the product s craftsmanship is exceptional I am very satisfied with the product and was kept informed throughout even when updates were less than ideal Wool Oak s team was consistently responsive I received messages from their Co-Founder which supplemented the sales support Initially there were manufacturing delays due to Cyclone Michaung which I was unaware of living in the US and thus skeptical Upon verification the storm was real I was hopeful the delays were over only to receive another update that there were further delays from US Customs and Border Control I had accused the company of fraud on several occasions Yet with many reporting similar experiences I challenged Wool Oak suggesting that the shared accounts were either a reflection of their unfortunate yet remarkable situation or an elaborate scam Following that email I received an apologetic email from the co-founder who reassured me of delivery and even offered an additional product to prove legitimacy Once I received the product I realized patience was necessary while the company dealt with issues out of their immediate control They kept me updated accommodated a change in shipping address and ultimately the product I received is the highest quality item I ve ever bought online The company maintained a level of transparency reflective of actual human beings doing their absolute best with the cards they were dealt Ultimately I am happy to receive the product and despite the delays will be a repeating customer

Took a long time but WELL worth it

Let s start with the actual bag I finally received it about a month ago and I am now getting to use it on holiday It did take a long time to get the bag But now that I have it it s fantastic During the delay we purchased 2 Solgaard rolling closets and I started to pack mine for our trip Once I had it packed I realized that everything wouldn t fit I then transferred everything into my Nova and was pleasantly surprised as to how much I could fit in it Everything that went into the Solgaard bag plus enough room after for 5 days worth of pants shirts that all went in the outside of the bag Then I was able to put all my toiletries 2 pairs of shoes one dress one sneaker all of my undergarments and medicines in the inside of the duffle once it was folded up The construction is stellar the quality of the leather and the zippers is really great It rolls easily through the airport on both tile and carpet It fits in the storage compartment of both flights to our destination It does everything I hoped it would do for our trip Now let me address the elephant in the room It did take a LONG time to receive it I do feel that wasn t due to anything by the people at Wool Oak Could it have gone smoother Yes Did they keep me updated with the latest information they had at the time Yes I guess I just had a I ll get it when I get it attitude about the whole process And when I did get it I was more than thoroughly impressed with it
