Amazing Service We all face challenges everyday in our businesses in my instance I received a couple of incorrect products on my order When I called to speak to customer service Christian came to my rescue He resolved my issue within a few minutes no questions He had all of the detail right at hand and quickly ensured replacements were on their way so I could continue with my business Thank you Christian

Oops wrong shirts

I order from Needen on a regular basis for school and church community activities Usually my orders are spot on but this time my order contained 5 shirts in the wrong color size I called customer service and spoke with Ross who solved the problem and shipped me my correct shirts right away

Great first experience

This was my first experience with Wordans I ordered some towels that I need to get to embroider in time dor Christmas The first response from the company had a tracking number but it only said processing for a few days I contacted the company and spoke to Ross He was very professional and assured me that he would look into it and have an answer for me that evening or the next day True to his word he contacted me and let me know what the situation was He told me what the status was and my next steps I have not received the product yet but got new tracking info I truly appreciated that Ross followed thru with my case and helpful

First of all your products are INCREDIBLE quality Second of all your customer service during a difficult transaction caused by Canada post strike was resolved effortlessly and successfully Our canada post order was cancelled and re-sent with UPS instead so that we receive our order on time for our holiday party and that is just customer service quality you don t see much nowadays Thank you to the agent that helped our organization his name is ROSS SUPERSTAR 10 10 Will purchase again in the future for sure
