I received a stained shirt in my package and reached out to customer services to report this Although it took a little while for them to respond approx 10 days Ross from customer services finally did He was very courteous and explained that the delay was due to the holiday backlog and confirmed that the warehouse has been instructed to send me a replacement

A recent purchase arrived just before the holiday season it was fast service but unfortunately the incorrect colour Sent an email to your customer service dept and received a reply from Ross Ross said it would be looked into it and in no time I had the item in correct colour delivered to my home Thank you for prompt and excellent customer service Ross Will recommend Wordans to family and friends
