SCAMMERS I paid for the plugin the Rocket CDN subscription I have an eCommerce website During the last days my website became viral with a lot of organic traffic and those scammers I don t find any other word to describe them despite the advertising in which they say unlimited bandwidth have shut down my website and deleted my subscription Do you understand So it is only for small websites without any traffic and visitors and when you start to grow they delete your account I guess that when you use a small part of the bandwidth they don t chase you saying Sir you didn t used the full bandwidth of your subscription here is your refund Stay away from this company and find a better solutions for the growth of you projects

Our account is info ad densite nl i wrote before and asker for help because it is not working We also purchased the cdn what also did not help But wp rocket did not even give any reaction to our help asking mail For us is wp rocket really worthless Our site did not speed up it broke our mini cart loading time was sometime fast and even then the second loading was crap again We use woocommerce with the Shoptimizer theme We can t get any useful information or support Sadly to say but for us is wp rocket only 1 star worth and we also do not recommend it to others

Worst experience After testing a sprocket and rocketcdn I have cancelled the trial version only to find out I am still getting billed for RocketCDN Each time when I try entering rocketcnd billing section it takes me to wprocket Worst don t even do trial version they will rob you

SLOW SUPPORT AND DONT RESPECT THEIR REFUND POLICY REQUEST MANY TIME

Shareasale dont pay me for affiliate as they handle that for wp rocket support at wp rocket is similar poor as shareasale support for that money my client paid for that plugin is that kind of support poorest we will avoid wp rocket in the future and beware of shareasale affiliate programm they try to hide your payment offer you to reissue checks for 35 Fees i think it is scam

As usual WP Rocket s service is good once you they get to replying to your ticket It seems like every time I contact them they seem to be experiencing heavier than normal wait times For this most recent issue it took over a week for my urgent request to get resolved As I told my customer service agent assigned to my ticket once another plug-in comes out that matches WP Rocket s performance I ll be the first one to cancel my unlimited license plan

Why are there so many conflicts I feel like this is my new full-time job troubleshooting a new build Support response is slow and when a site is down or slow the client doesn t understand this lag response to review I do have an open ticket Emmanuel from WP Rocket responded to me this morning

Renewing licence too clunky and difficult Multiple failures Getting basic -e-commerce functionality - like making it easy for clients to give you money - so wrong does not give me faith in their ability to deliver other web products It should not take a bunch of time and stressy emails to give a tech company money Migrating my sites to another provider as renewals come in Beware people

Refused a refund for a payment they took even after the service was cancelled They claimed the only offer a 24 hour refund window The payment was made at 07 19 they refused the refund at 18 22 same day

We ve been with WP Rocket since 2021 and we have really enjoyed using their plugin however we recently ran in to an issue where we were double-charged due to an error with the plugin and confusing prompts We reached out to their customer service straight away and requested a refund for the accidental payment which we had no doubt would be processed We were incredibly surprised to receive the following statement In this case we can not provide with the refund If you cancel the monthly subscription at a later date when the billing month has already started you will be charged for the full month in any case On responding and explaining the situation including the fact that we had been with them for 4 years as well as the issue with the plugin we received the following response You should have contacted our customer support to help you out with this issue When you reinstalled the WP Rocket the status of the RocketCDN subscription in the database was lost and we would help you restore it I ve now exceptionally refunded your payment and the funds should appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days Both of these responses lack any regard for the customer experience and it s clear that their management need to review how their staff are being trained We are now seriously considering one of their competitors in the event we run into any further issues
