Can t really say it helps as much as it is said

I thought I get better but its about the same when I had different plugins

Plugin is great Support for pre-sales and payment leaves a lot to be desired I have just tried to buy WP Rocket for our agency and they will not accept pre-paid credit cards Our entire company works on Spendesk using pre-paid credit cards approved for certain companies and amounts by managers Their response to this was due to the auto renewal not working with a pre-paid cards I mean really I was trying to give them money and they just don t want it I d like them to seriously re-consider allowing them because it s easy to update the card details near the billing date if required but our pre-paid cards are valid for subscriptions so don t expire for years If a payment doesn t go through in future - so what They just stop your access same difference as if it was a physical card that expired A shame they are so inflexible with this to potentially loose business over it It was a real faff having to add the approved card to my personal payment account on PayPal and make the payment this way - oh and I just disabled auto renewal Well done for annoying a new customer already

Bugs often gives me warning in Search Console that a CSS file could not be found It generates a new one but somehow caches the old CSS file so when Google crawls the site they see a broken unresponsive website as no CSS is loaded Had to disable all CSS optimizations to get rid of the issue which kind of defeats the point of it Also there is no setting to lazy load YouTube videos without also lazy-loading iframes If you run ANY ads on your website you know that you re not allowed to lazy-load iframes You can only provide an iframe domain blacklist for that setting which is not viable if you run ads as they could be run from a number of various ad servers that I don t know of I am currently running another plugin to lazy-load YouTube videos as this limitation is kind of a big deal for me YouTube videos make your site slow

Expensive and not promising They don t even want to hear about the refund They charge without your knowledge if you didn t make sure they turned on automatic renewal themselves etc There are other free Plugins that work the same you just need to set the parameters in the options

Its a good product but the developers keep making fundamental changes to settings and options that will change your live site when you upgrade Very dangerous thing to do to your customers to enable BETA settings on live sites without warning On top of this they have now given everybody 7 days notice of a 60 price hike This level of instability and price jacking cannot be trusted There are far better caching solutions available now that wp rocket have shown their true colours

With the new version 3 16 WP Rocket will no longer have a Cache tab and the for each new installation i will have to deactivating the mobile-specific cache only and use this code to deactivate the mobile-specific cache and serve the default desktop cache for mobile devices instead add filter pre get rocket option do caching mobile files return zero For me it s a regression not a evolution

Even though the product is good their price increase has impacted our business this year Sure They defend this price increase by adding features while maintaining quality Isn t this the goal of any subscription model The worst part is that this increase wasn t announced We will only get a notification about the charge 15 days before we are actually charged This gives little time to look for alternatives for multiple websites I think this lack of respect for old customers wasn t necessary

The plugin is good but I am very unhappy not to use the affiliate systems
