It s great really good setup and go plug in No complaints as such It just seem a little pricey given you can do the same with free plugs It s just takes more time and a steper learning curve I feel 50 60 for 3 sites would be a more apropriate price I just don t have the time to invest in the free options accrosss 3 different sites So I decided to bite the bullet and go with WP Rocket Is what it is

Update I received the favorable resolution after long conversation It would have been nice if i was treated with the respect at first place Nevertheless WP made it right Rating changed from 1 to 4 stars I ve been using WP Rocket s caching plugin for my website and I must say it does a commendable job in boosting site speed and performance However I find myself at a crossroads when it comes to renewing my subscription each year At 119 per year the cost feels steep especially considering there are other options available at more reasonable prices While the plugin s effectiveness justifies a certain price point it would be great if WP Rocket could consider more budget-friendly pricing plans for loyal customers who have been with them for years My experience with their customer service left much to be desired When I reached out with questions about potential discounts or alternative pricing options I was met with an unfortunate level of arrogance The lack of empathy and willingness to help was disappointing to say the least I found it puzzling that their automated system kept sending me lower price offers yet no human representative seemed inclined to make an effort to retain me as a valued customer In the end I appreciate the plugin s functionality but I hope WP Rocket takes the time to address their customer service approach A little more understanding and flexibility in pricing could go a long way in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction

We have used WP Rocket on a few sites for the past six months or so with no problems A recent upgrade introduced a serious mixed content bug that is causing our sites significant SEO issues We reported the issue and their support team did not investigate the issue properly and have blamed our sites setup They suggested we replace URLs in the database This did not fix the issue as the problem is demonstrably occurring when WP Rocket caches pages Now they have stopped responding to our tickets Given how much we are paying for this plugin their lack of responsiveness and their limp-wristed approach to support is pretty pathetic The initial support team is not very well equipped and they don t appear very willing to escalate serious issues to the dev team or at least have someone more senior look at them In their response to this review they ll probably say that the issue doesn t occur on other customers sites I don t believe this given how basic one of our sites where we re seeing the issue is set up Even if this were true it s no excuse for ignoring our ticket for more than three business days when the plugin is causing a significant SEO problem Even just a reply saying you re looking into it would be appreciated Or an explanation of what we need to change to fix this If you show willingness to actually look at this issue and suggest what is causing it rather than ignoring us I am more than willing to update this review If this review is still live chances are WP Rocket is continuing to completely ignore our requests for help UPDATE after leaving this review the issue was escalated and WP Rocket was a lot more helpful in resolving the issue We have now fixed the problem on our website

One star is missing because wp-rocket does not integrate the possibility to fine tune expires settings in the wp-admin panel This is only via directly editing the htaccess file possible I dont want to use a plugin for that for your programmers it would be easy to integrate just another admin section with text fields to adjust expires-settings

i paid 60 to use the this feature yet it still asks me to pay another renewal fee The Remove Unused CSS feature is no longer available to expired users running on an old version of WP Rocket This feature is a great option to address the PageSpeed Insights recommendation and improve your website performance but the option was enhanced and you now need a more recent version to use it Renew your license now and get 20 OFF to update your WP Rocket version

To make WPRocket work for your website test the website after turning on each button in the setting Clear the cache every time Check on different browsers and automatically check the mobile site Turn on only one button at a time and check how the website performs I was also testing on Google Pagespeed and GT Metrix Good luck with experimenting

I use wp-rocket on a number of client websites excellent product works with most cdn s i ve tried I would like to see a plan between the 3 site - unlimited sites for small agency like mine In the sea of competition I think w-rocket holds its own but could do better in explaining each of the features and showing best practice examples

Great plugin but price is each year more frustrating If they continue I am leaving next year
