Recently started using WP Rocket and found it very easy to setup configure I had an issue with one plug-in Support was amazing Their dev team found a way to mitigate from their end solution completed quickly Enormous online documentation very useful Helped me in every aspect to ensure using WP Rocket to its fullest especially re Remove Unused CSS feature and how to ensure it s working Highly recommend this plugin

I had a problem with a delayed slider on mobile devices I get a solution and a great design tip with appended posts to that tip The solution A different behavior on the devices Desktop - slider mobile - only a hero picture Thanks for that great solution

Their product worked really well but I learned enough about WordPress that I can now optimize it on my own However I want to give them a shout out for their professionalism and their strong product that will help many I had forgotten about the product and then when subscription renewal time came they reminded me 15 days in advance and made it easy for me to not continue with the subscription I found this very professional and lacking with many other companies
