I ordered two screen door closers for a Wright Products screen door I originally purchased from Home Depot They were quick to charge my credit card and I received a confirmation email regarding the purchase and about a week later a notice of shipment from China About a month later the shippers stated I tracked the shipment that the items were delivered and they were not I could not reach the shippers and when I reached out to wrightproducts com my emails bounced back and my phone calls linked to a dead phone Fortunately my credit card company refunded my purchase and they are going after wrightproducts com for the return of the money Don t EVER purchase anything from this place
