Woodwind and brass lied to me
Try to order some trick drum pedals order them in November they told me I would have them in December then they told me they were shipped in in the end of December and that I would have them shipped me within 24 hours I called today they lied and told me that they were on back order because I called trick pedals themselves and they had already sent the order out so I was lied to looks like I ll be buying from Sweetwater from now on

Customer service does not exist
I ordered a hohner harmonica and then gave it a few days was checking tracking number trying to find it when it might be delivered all those things they gave a tracking number that was not identifiable I sent them two emails no response from them whatsoever I received my harmonica this morning and their website still doesn t tell me that it s been delivered or anything it s just like once it s out of there Warehouse you re no longer a customer that means anything to them After all was said and done their harmonicas are a few dollars cheaper but it s not worth the hassle the drama or the BS never again

I ordered a mask two years ago - so that my daughter could play clarinet in school Today I recd a second call voice message from them in two days the message says - hi my name is Im your account manager I d like to go over a couple things if youd want to call me back What On a Sunday even Totally bizarre Calls from scammers come frequent enough

Refuses to accept UNSUBSCRIBE
I used to like this company and sent my instruments to be repaired by them Now the problem is frequent unwanted emails from them They don t allow a simple unsubscribe They require a separate email This I did and they STILL pursue me latest one today

How did I even get on their mailing
How did I even get on their mailing list Daily emails in my mailbox Did you ever try to unsubscribe Emails keep coming I phoned customer service The agent said their unsubscribe server was down and would be up and running soon He said he would unsubscribe me himself but it might take a couple of days to happen Well it hasn t happened yet-I received another of their emails today I ll wait a few more days to see if indeed I m unsubscribed from their email list

Can t Unsubscribe Same as other reviewers I am finding it near impossible to unsubscribe from their incessant emailings at least once per day despite attempting via their website via email and even calling Ridiculous and illegal Don t buy from them

Do not order anything
Any order triggers a flood of annoying ad mails and you cannot stop that I hit unsubscribe 10 times went in my profile to figure out how to stop any notification settings - to no avail I keep getting bombarded by daily mails from them

Buyer Beware
I tried to stop email promotions for five times- 2 phone calls and 3 emails I cannot achieve the simple act of unsubscribing from the email list If they can t get this right I wonder about the company s lack of competence and level of professionalism Why buy something from a company and then be hassled to the point of disappointment I am an unhappy customer who tried to fix this with the service department They need new employees who can actually fix things

We brought an euphonium from the site and one of the valve was so sticky that it cannot be played When I called the customer support He said I should take it to the repair shop because they only sell the instrument and cannot help with any problems To return it I need to pay for the shipping on my own within 30 days It is such a pain Do not buy wind instrument from this online store
