Not worth it

Didn t deliver is stated timeframe These were for a gift so I asked them to cancel order They have not cancelled order and have dispatched them despite me requesting refund 4 times as item no longer needed I will now have to return product most likely at my expense Terrible customer service

No issues with postage Product is okay at best I purchased the- forehead silicone patches- lip mouth silicone patches- under eye silicone patches- micro needling patchesSilicone patches are alright but definitely not reusable to 20 uses Maybe 3 at a stretch Eye patches I d say twice Not economically at all Do they work not much but you d be better off paying for procedures with all the money you d spend having to keep up with them not being reusable

Fake free gift

As with all of these excellently advertised scams Nothing will turn back the hands of time and have been pointed to women over 40 through instagram and tictok None of these products are reusable The microneedles are a rough surface like salt as opposed to a penetrating treatment Don t bother - you already know it s too good to be true

These are just awful used the eye

While placing an order they had a free gift displaying there - dissolving microneedle patches - left the cart momentarily and received a newsletter with the same free gift applied to the order I had on the cart I proceeded with the order and the offer disapeared Customer Service later called it confusion Adding fake offers to attract customers and then removing them uppon purchase completion is ilegal

made my skin look worse

These are just awful used the eye wrinkle patches for the first time but had to remove in middle of the night as they made my skin so sore and peeling them off was horrendous Very expensive I m going to embrace the wrinkles and throw these is in the bin

Ordered and paid - never received anything

I ordered some products beginning of November The order was stuck at customs and I was supposed to provide some papers which I inquired at WrinklesSchminkles No answer - could not clear the products and they were sent back In the meantime tried to contact the company many times after a few weeks I got an answer which was not very helpful They promised to refund my money - now 2 months later still no product no refund no professional answer on how to solve this

They work 3 times max rather than 20 times as claimed I complained and said I wanted a refund twice I just kept getting emails saying have I tried cleaning them and then they stopped engaging Save your money and don t bother

The forehead patch didn t stick around

The forehead patch didn t stick around the edges and made my forehead sweat so the moisture loosened the patch I stuck it back on the paper and tried to use it again but it didn t stick at all so Inonlyngot one use not 20 as advertised I bought some other patches but won t be using them Don t waste your money
