I ordered a head unit stereo for my car to be delivered to the UK Usually I order from a UK company but for the stereo I needed the serial number had to match and where the one I have in my car was only made a year it was the only one I found online that matched all numbers perfectly The communication I had from them was great as they let me know what was happening every step of the way stereo works perfect didn t have to pay any addition import fees upon arrival and only took around a week to arrive which was much sooner than I expected Very happy with the service I got from these guys thank you very much

I got the parts today and it came early to their warehouse in Estonia and I collected today but didn t try it yet Good company I recommend

After trying to call support in Estonia and being told to contact the Lithuanian support then getting told to contact Estonia being hung up on twice by Lithuania This experience has been completely poop from the beginning Confirmation emails weren t sent received Checked the spam and junk folders and there was nothing I started chasing this part maybe over a week ago and I still have more questions than answers I would like to speak with management about this experience and request compensation due to the treatment I received as a customer The guy I spoke with in Lithuania and hung up on me twice should receive some feed back for his behaviour at a minimum Thank you Henrik in Estonia for the apology but as I understand management will have to look into this and I sincerely hope I get to speak with them For this I have no choice but to offer a 1 one star review Edit-After being contacted by the the support team for leaving a 1 star review the customer service agent was quick to contact me and try and right the situation Again big thanks to Henrik for making me feel like an actual customer through a rough experience and considering the effort made to right the situation i agree to update this review and I m willing to try and use this service again in the future
