Stay clear

This company is NOT trustworthy The communication is dreadful They claimed in the end that the package was lost and I could order something else I needed to insist to get an official cancellation email of my order with the refund amount etc They finally did send me the email but not the refund yet can take up to 1 week to get the refund so a whole month was lost Please read all the reviews as I didn t I suspect that this is a money scam where they do refund but taking interest somehow using your money There is no other reason to delay the conversations as much as they do and making excuses and false promises STAY CLEAR

I received a defective item I tried contacting the seller by email phone and WhatsApp Nobody answers No customer service no account registration where to check your order Once you buy the item there is no way to contact the seller I would not recommend it

I definitely would not use this company again For nearly 8 weeks I ve been thinking I m out of pocket 1000 and been scammed No return to any email No updates I did speak a lad called Thomasz a couple of times when they picked up Finally today the lights turned up thank god even having to pay an extra 200 for import charges And a bracket was broke that wasn t in the photo I ve saved 300-800 from eBay price or 2500 from Volvo but I ve aged 10years and been scared stressed worried for nearly 2months Next time I will either buy off of eBay or a uk scrapyard or wait Never again Thankyou but NO Thankyou Never ever again

I make a order before 3 weeks and they sent me order number that confirm my order an that i will get new email with information about sending details but after they not sent nothing just one time sms on viber that they will check what is happen with my irder now i try to contact many time but all the time number is busy nobody answer email two of them not work what is happen i dont know is fake company or what

Won t accept return of wrong part

Sent me out a kit for my XC70 with wrong parts When I went to return they said I made the wrong order I rechecked all and even sent screen shots where it suited my exact model and they still said it was my fault Would except return of parts Good to deal with until it goes wrong

Things you need to know before you buy from them 1 When you place an order you can t check the status of you order2 When you buy an item it will be available even you paid for it and when I contacted them they say everything is under control 3 Sites lacks for information no way to contact the seller 4 They ship only to credit card billing only I asked to ship to close address because shipping to USA is huge but they refused STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY5 Very slow communications and support
