Ordered a front fender for a skoda enyaq The picture of the fender made it seem like it was in almost perfect condition I paid 167 shipping coming in to a total of 202 When the package arrived i was happy as the packaging was very good Double layer of cardboard and bubble plastic inside There were no signs of damage to the packaging When opening i notice right away that this fender is not in a good condition It has a big dent and very deep scrats almost like someone hammered a screwdriver into it The fender has so many dents that the original shape of it is out of order The hinges on the back one of them is croocked The fender is all scartched up and belive me when I say that the only place for a fender in this condition is in a junkyard I texted the company on email and told Them the situation And that it cant be the same fender as the one shown in the picture on the listing I get a email back but from another email now ending with gmail com asking for pictures I send around 10 pictures and screenshot of the fender from the listing And I ask for my money back Now i dont hear anything I tried calling on the 3 telephonenumbers from the website but no answer I asked for the status of my return request on email but no answer Dont buy from here I wish i checked trustpilot before ordering as I can see others having the same problems I will keep reach out until i get my 100 refund

They listed the item I bought it then they contact later telling they don t have it anymore They tried to sell me items that are not the same Acepting money for products they don t have They did refund the money but was a big waste of time

Package arrived within 8 business days Unfortunately they cut the steering torque sensor of the power steering rack so i had to solder that back together Also there was an old jogging pants in the package Very weird No one ever reacted to my Whatsapp or Email So just buy here if you do not need any support - or if you can accept that if there is a Problem no one will help you

Ordered a door two weeks later arrived badly damaged in transit Came covered in a single layer of cardboard despite paying around 200 for shipping The packaging was wholly inadequate for the task Sent repeated messages to the seller but after initially admitting it shouldn t have happened have heard absolutely nothing back Communication consistently poor and I m now left with a door which is pretty much unusable despite paying out around 500 including import fees

I ordered parts 05 01 2024 and i got them 30 days later Shipping address was my home address but first they arrived in LT and 10 days later in Estonia Tallinn And Tallinn wanted make nev invoice to send them to me Two times i have ordered stuff there and not anymore

Delivered the wrong part I returned it immediately store declares that payment is returned within 3-5 work days it actually took 11 work days to return payment communication very slow and weak answered only 1 email with a couple of words other emails not answered

I did receive what I ordered and it was a good condition part for a good price Exactly as pictured and described However service is pretty average at best I read reviews after ordering and thought oh no I may not even receive my order Communication is pretty terrible website is unreliable I got details to login and check my order but they didn t work I reset my password but still couldn t login I tried to register and it said I was already registered Emailed messaged through website emailed again maybe even third time no response My item was shipped 7 calendar days after order It took 7 days to arrive with DHL Once it was with DHL it was all good because tracking from them is accurate I received item 6 days later So two weeks to receive item To be fair I called their office number the day after I ordered and the guy was helpful he did say it would be 2 weeks and confirmed what was included So they did what they said they would do But the website and email responses are pretty shoddy in my opinion It s a shame because they actually seem quite legit just not great at managing customer service

I received my part as described but there was lots of delay in delivery

The mail arrived today without problems with Fedex Albania But take a good look at the photos of the product because I received a scratched speedometer glass that was not mentioned in the product description

Ordered side skirt for car on 3rd July at cost of 227e Paid and received email saying would be notified when item was shipped 5weeks passed no communication Sent email and what s app on 1st August inquiring re part Got emsil to say provider hadn t sent on part and they apologised and i would get refund Received refund but it was just bit of waste of time Plus i had to chase it up Just pot luck but at least got money back Happy to have refund but lack of communication re part is frustrating
