Communication is the key

I got a call from a really pleasant and helpful guy called George who asked me why I had not followed up with the account opening over a year ago and I told him that I could not remember He provided me with some prop firm options and I decided to go ahead and open a USD50k evaluation account at a cost of USD250 which currently includes a discount The background on my screen is white and I could not see the wire transfer option as Crypto seemed the only route so I contacted George and he sent me wire transfer information In fairness - I am older and a bit wary of Crypo but was not concerned about XLTRADE s trustworthiness so I just went ahead and opened the account by wire transfer The account opening process could be made a lot easier but with George s help I managed to get it done

I can t recommend XLTrade enough I signed up for XLTrade s prop trading program and completed the evaluation accounts process successfully The funded account for USD 500K was provided as promised and the profit split and fee refund were processed with any delays Thank you XLtrade

I have had such a great experience because the customer service is absolutely AMAZING

I am currently trying out XLTrade George contacted me a few weeks ago to understand better why I never converted when I first came across the site 10-12 months ago He was professional and courteous and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and over emails answering my questions and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable moving forward I appreciate that I have just purchased a first account and started trading The initial account provisioning was more or less immediate and hassle free We ll see how the relationship unfolds

XL Trade has been great I have worked with many trading companies and the service has been awful companies like topstep apex you can talk to someone directly I speak with George often he answers my questions and I am ready to go so customer service with XLtrade is a 10 plus There program is the best no commisiions 100 profits I LOVE XLTRADE
