I have had the XL TRADE accelerated account for just over 30 days Start -up process was seamless customer care service was immaculate then trading began Due to this being my very first month I was very conservative among other market conditions as I approached the month of August However managed to gain just under my deposit in PROFIT In other words profits gained within my 30days of trading was 90 Following protocol I sent a withdrawal request well over the stipulated 9 days prior requesting a withdrawal of profits in the amount of that 90 I then followed up as my withdrawal date came closer just to make sure there weren t any missing steps to this withdrawal process I was told via email that all that was outstanding was my banking information of which was immediately provided On my withdrawal date I received 10 of my 90 that was requested which I found to be quite odd and wondered if there was a mistake of some sorts I followed up day after day via emails and MULTIPLE phone calls to no avail in fact on the phone calls the customer care rep had no answers but kept telling me that my request was passed on to the necessary department for review and I should get a call back which never happened and this scenario happened like 5 different times after telling the following reps of the initial encounter saying they ll call back and never did I then received an email stating Hi xxxxxx About your withdrawal inquiry please note that AMA Accounts are complex financed structures where we provide substantial capital and cover negative balances I responded AND confirmed that there was NO negative balance on my account whatsoever and sent screenshots of my trading history which reflected 90 PROFIT and asked for them to correct the amount and send the balance to the same bank information they have on file They responded to say my inquiry got passed along to the relevant department for clarification Few days later I received an email regarding account review which is said to be a normalcy which occurs monthly Please note emails regarding my profits are still being sent and IGNORED by XL TRADE 48 hours after Account Review I received an email titled Risk Assessment and it goes Dear Trader This is an important Account Notification regarding the account Login We regularly conduct account reviews in terms of risk assessment as XLTRADE covers negative balances on AMA Accounts Please be informed that your AMA account does not qualify to be maintained any longer due to the risk measures According to our conditions we return your deposit You will receive your deposit back to your bank account or crypto address within the next two business days Since then I ve sent NUMEROUS emails regarding my profits gained and STILL have NOT received any information regarding these profits I have no problem with them closing the account for whatever risk assessment haha because I know that is all false and there was absolutely NO negative balance on my account whatsoever I just want to know where my profits went and why was I only given 10 of the requested amount of 90 80 just randomly disappeared and unaccounted for I ve even said if someone responded saying is was a mistake and that it ll be added to my next withdrawal OR something to the effects and that my profits were safe then I d be cool with that but I STILL haven t heard anything regarding my profits It really doesn t bother me much the termination of the account because I know I didn t do anything wrong but I d LOVE to get those profits and carry on The account was closed and I was NOT sent my rightful outlined 100 profits Again please to note that I did NOT violate ANY conditions I traded for the required 15 days super conservative with risk never risked more than 0 5 on any given trade and sent my withdrawal request before that 9 days prior period Since then I ve received countless amount of emails from them threatening to sue if I didn t remove my review Not quite sure what I m being sued for when I m just expressing my distasteful and fraudulent experience with this company and I m YET to hear what happened to my profits that randomly disappeared all they keep saying is that my account was terminated but absolutely nothing pertaining to the 80 profits that were gained PRIOR to the termination So if I never received these profits then you can fill in the rest in response to their reply I did NOT receive my profits I m not bothered that the account was closed Close the account fine whatever but you still have 7k OF PROFITS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED Once I receive my profits I will gladly edit the review to match Do as you please the courts will also find that I DID NOT DIDN T received my profits

First things first my only experience with them is through the AMA account they offer which to be quite honest is an amazing concept However I have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after the most recent events The other day as I was trading on my MT5 app on my iPhone I watched as 6 open positions I had were automatically closed out in quick succession my bonus removed and my account closed out Now this wasn t a margin call as I still had about 3k in free margin still they were closed too quick for me to have done it myself from my phone so the only other option is that the company had closed them out But the question was why At the end of every day you are sent a Daily Confirmation showing the trades you took and it also has a comment section on the side that tells you things like negative free margin or in my case Closed Positions 5 Draw Down On an AMA account there is no draw down rule so this obviously had to be an error on the companies side right Now this isn t the first time this happened to me either with them I had the exact same thing happen about 2 months before and just like last time when I asked them what happened I was given the run around and sent some basic copy and paste answer There are three situations where an account gets lost -A trader closes open PnL at a negative balance-Free margin is negative and close trades at a negative balance-Negative balance being maintained overnight After pleading my case sending them all the data showing them that I never closed my positions to create a negative balance and that I had plenty of margin on top of calling them at 5am my time I kept getting the same answer There s nothing we can do but you re welcome to purchase another account and try again I ve mulled over writing this review for a while now because I ve also had some good experiences with them and they really do offer some of the best trading conditions I ve come across I guess I m more so writing this to let others know that this could happen to you too Also to warn you that if this happens to you and you try to get an answer as to why just be prepared for the customer service team to basically be useless EDIT Also yes I have had multiple accounts with this company and they were lost due to bad trading practices on my side which is how I KNOW that I was not at fault for these 2 instances EDIT This company is also now threatening me with Legal action for defamation and for releasing information they sent to my PRIVATE email claiming that it is confidential information

This is a huge scam I paid my fee and literally didn t even get access to anything They just took my money and nothing happened DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THIS IS A FAKE SITE AND FAKE OPPORTUNITY

Do they pay the profit splits 90 by the end of evaluation periods as they have mentioned in their TnC Contacted them via email They give blunt answers are they legit Edit1 Received a call from them now asked me to delete this review Only then they ll answer to the questions How awkward face they have Edit2 This is the last email I received from them Dear Sherwyn I called you and you were not in the position to conduct a simple call Don t block our Support Team with stupid questions As mentioned you are not smart enough to understand simple conditions No wonder you screwed the Evaluation You better take a hike If you got some balls post this text ThomasSuch a 3rd degree website Never go with them Edit3 Even I m not worried about my failure why are you so much worried about my failure PEdit4 Ignore the 5 stars they are getting All cooked up

Don t just avoid them run away is a broker that acts nice when you open an account with them I opened XL account traded and made profit First profit request I was paid 50 of what I requested for Without prior notice put my account was under risk review and I couldn t trade Their result of the risk review was that they are closing down my account They returned my deposit but did not pay over 7k profit in the account XL AMA is a fraudulent entity Believe the fake positive reviews and get into their trap Open an account them and you will waste your time Be warned about XL traded I thank you XLTrade for your response However your response hasn t addressed the issue raised- which is the unpaid profits on closed account Will you pay it When will you pay it Thanks

They will charge you 390 bucks to paper trade and only take you if you can beat the horrific spreads They can basically collect cash all day long by letting people download the app My buy take profit orders never worked and when I requested a refund got angry they also threatened me with legal action All the money they rake in and they can t please 1 customer after 1 day when the app doesn t work EXTREMELY confusing to even the advanced trader Please DO NOT waste your money and ignore all the 5 star bots on here XLTrade is PURE GARBAGE See the response As I said

These guys are total scammers I opened an AMA account with them 2 on August 22 2022 I traded the account and accumulated 21k in profits I asked them for a profit payout and they put my account in review and them told me that my account doesn t qualify to be maintained because of the risk And then when they realized I gave them a negative review reached out to me to threaten me to take the review down XL TRADE you scammers never mentioned that in any way And don t try to threatened with the defamation rubbish Where is my 21k in profits I suggest youale good on it before my lawyers get involved Until I see my money or you reach out to me directly to make good I am telling everyone you are scammers

Scam company would give 0 stars if possible AMA account is falsely advertised If you go below the amount you paid for the account they will shut you down This is not clear in the advert and no different from making that deposit in your trusted broker and trading yourself The credit they supposedly add to your purchase amount is inaccessible because If your drawdown is below your purchase amount overnight then they will shut the account downFollowing xL trade reply which is a LIE The purpose of the review is to inform people that have not yet been deceived into purchasing an AMA account with xl trades not to argue with them It really has to be money you are willing to loose because you will loose it Their broker spreads are terrible and their fees are terrible Deposit your money in your trusted broker and trade it Their reply is a lie and I will happily provide the email trail to whoever is interested

The Home Page of your web site invites us to chat with any questions There s a nice photo But the same lady seems not to be working with your organisation A Google image search has one hit which is to a LinkedIn account that shows the same photo Care to explain EDIT 1 You have made NO ATTEMPT to answer my question I can understand why because you know that I am correct in asserting that you have improperly used the photo of someone that is on LinkedIn This attractive young lady works but apparently not at XLTRADE EDIT 2 XLTRADE complained to Trustpilot that the inclusion of personal names is not in accordance with the rules Accordingly I have amended my original post and removed personal names
