Furniture is not very durable Got 4 bar stools and the armrests broke eventually as badly manufactured Customer service wasn t helpful and they don t seem to provide spare parts

I would leave zero stars if I could I ordered via target com and the furniture arrived damaged I sent it back and now the package has been lost customer service has stopped responding to me via email and they won t refund the money Now I m out of a substantial amount of money for me and my family around the holidays Two thumbs down Order number 912000207098452

yes so 4 days out and yaheetech still only answers email once a week after asking to speak with someone on the phone they still wont let you speak with anyone not sure if its because they are located in another country and dont want the consumer to know because when you call their customer service number all the automated vocal prompts are in english with and american accent and regard to their reply on here they have not contacted me

Notice to customers out of service area

You need to have areas not served restricted on your website give notice to customers before charging their cards Then until you get that sorted out you need to automatically refund them not as is your current practice email them stating that they have to cancel their order without any instructions on how to do that It s 2022 people E-commerce is a thing by now

Untrustworthy return and customer service Ordered cat tree but completely wrong item was received got some type black entryway console table Mistakes happen i get it Inconvenienced but routine Amazon return process UPS confirmed return drop off They only refunded 7 21 instead of 61 08 I ve been Back and forth serveral times via Amazon customer service phone and app and my direct contact to the company Yaheetech has stated a few times already that bal will be refunded 1-3 days so far nothing after 7 days Think it s a bit sketchy clever on there end to only give partial refund as they can now generally claim to Amazon that refund has been issued and make them think it s resolved Bet if they respond to this email but it ll be just to temporarily appease the customer like I ve already experienced as well have read in other complaints They never responded when I contacted them directly only when I complained directly to Amazon I shouldn t have to fight this hard for a refund on a mistake Yaheetech made by shipping the wrong product Something about them I just don t trust Updated response to Yaheetech response to provide my order number response as expected from Yaheetech to placate the customer I ve already provided and referenced the order number 5-6 times through all the proper procedures as well as attached all documentations and detailed notes I ve been patient courteous and even understanding as mistakes happen I don t like to write bad reviews and may have only written less than 5 Much rather support a business I will provide order through your customer service email you provided and to be compliant again with your request If refund is processed I will update review and same goes with if refund doesn t go through

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service does not pick up the phone or respond to emails Ordered a bed which comes in two separate parts they sent the same box twice instead of the right materials It seems they spend more time responding to reviews here than actually responding to customer service

I wish I could give 0 stars They said UPS doesn t ship to me even after giving 2 addresses that I regularly receive UPS deliveries It s more annoying because I had to reach out to find this out They told me twice that they processed my refund which I never received Opened a PayPal claim against them

The item I ordered was never received after much debate the agreed to refund it However they are yet to actually process the refund I definitely wouldn t recommend

I wrote as you delivered that I am 89 years old with Parkinsons and I did not know the chair requires assembly I need to return it The person I have communicated with offered me 10 00 to keep it Not a good policy I don t want 10 00 I wanted to return the chair I finally hired someone to assemble the chair

Ordered a bird cage

Ordered a bird cage it was supposed to be two day delivery Never received I contacted Yaheetech and now they are saying I will not receive my order until March 14 so my two days shipping turned out to be 9 day shipping This is the second time this has happened from this company I will not be ordering anything else from Yaheetech
