I bought a 2 draw office cabinet No 611937 I have assembled it correctly as per the instructions but I cannot get the draws to fit How do I do it Do I need another pair of hands I also seem to have surplus screws and things Is this normal or have I failed to use them all My name is John Lee not Helen Price

Two brackets were too bent to use

Two brackets were too bent to use I emailed the company and told them They apologized and offered to refund 20 I explained I would rather have the brackets replaced I was advised they would be - when in stock again and I received the 20 within a few days I still have not received the replacement parts

Mistaken chair

I bought a small recliner chair but when it arrived there were 2 chairs i Hadn t relised it was part of a 2 Piece Set I unhappy with the chair but I don t have room or need for 2 chairs i have asked the seller to pick spare chair back up and refund part of purchase they are dealing with it

Product Delivery were fine

Product Delivery were fine except the Magnification Light I ordered was 10X not the 5X which I received I m returning the 2 5X lights and will reorder the 10X lights again

Originally 1 star I m editing this to 3 stars because they refunded but I still not pleased that they took 2 weeks to reply Order 8309 via FedEx 393282965930 never arrived and still at Fontana California I don t even get a reply And it s been 2 weeks I m pissed Scam

Bait and switch

This rating is temporary and conditional You yaheetech advertised that you had 1 bike repair stand in stock which I ordered Then after you got my money sent me a message saying Gee whiz the last item in stock is damaged We ll send you another new one by the 15th of this month So our deal is this you make the shipment by tomorrow and are good to your word and I ll change my rating If you don t ship the product by tomorrow the rating stands and I cancel my order Update Realizing that the order couldn t be fulfilled on time Yahee cancelled the order and refunded my money So I m adjusting my rating up

Terrible customer service

Can t reach any customer representative for my return The last day to return my item is May 2nd and i have been trying to get in touch since 4 27 The phone number listed on the website rings but no one picks up If I can get customer service will I be forced to keep an item I don t need

Would be great to send product in same

Would be great to send product in same day as order has been paid Also would be better to have some suggestions about washing or cleaning before first using And the main thing - please add information about manufactured country I received the box and was upset that the cage was made in China In China A communist totalitarian country that uses slave labor exterminates the Uyghur nation and others in concentration camps and is a most dangerous country for whole democratic world after Russia
