Have not heard back

I ordered a product that comes from this company I have called all day today and yesterday no one will pick up there message says to email I emailed this morning sent a chat message and still have not heard from anyone All I want is the instructions to put up this cat tower house I bought that wasn t cheap

A waste of my time

Items not delivered as stated and when chanced up with yaheetech they were less than interested If this company states a delivery date it should be kept to and i should not be waiting for my items for nearly a week and still not arrived this company chooses its carries so they should be chasing them up not the customertotally ruined up my week and week end

My order never shipped and only when I contacted customer service Did they respond that the order was misplaced by the carrier Then they asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund Of course I need the cage that I ordered for my bird so I told him I need a replacement They told me they recommend me reaching out the next day for a tracking number I m still waiting for one

It is difficult to install the spring triangle iron connected to the panel and the screw hole position is not right

I had the information to track the package but was not able to do so I tried to track nothing The next day the package was delivered Other than that situation all was good I would order from your company again

Still waiting on shipment of 2nd end table

I ordered 2 end tables as a package deal from Amazon First one arrived timely and took over 2 hrs to put together only pictures on instructions I m okay with the table my problem is I can t get them to send me the 2nd one They keep saying is on its way In cking ups given shows label created weeks ago but never shipped Seems to be a recurring theme here in the reviews Rating is for first table not awful service Update Did finally receive the 2nd table after much badgering by me

Cage is great

Cage is great Was bigger than I was expecting so more room for myBirds However the stand and main reason I bought this doesn t fit my cage The cage is too small for it I tried rigging it to no avail I finally ended up putting a wooden board underneath so I could use it

Price equal to quality

Product quality was on par with the price One of my cases did not arrive for up to a week after the others I had to contact them to get it delivered it was resolved quickly and I received the missing package The deck tiles were easy to install however seem they will fade scratch very easily

bought table and two chairs for outside

bought table and two chairs for outside in the garden after assembling with totally useless spanner supplied that bent out of shape on first nut i tried to tighten taking the skin off my nuckles i noticed one of the chairs had not been painted cost me 7 for tin of bronze spray paint and i had to paint the chair myself nice set though
