The Harrow store is great

Professional and sincere service Very helpful in explaining and the manager of this company is a very nice person They provide a guarantee for bicycles and from what I can see the quality of their workmanship is at a really high level I bought two folding bikes there today and I am delighted with the ride and range that is indeed close to that in the specification One of the bikes however has a problem with PEDALING ASSIST but I think they will help me deal with it at the earliest opportunity Probably something I changed in the settings by accident the throttle support works without a bite

As I mentioned earlier I had a problem with the pedaling sensor I went to the store and after a short while the manager said that he would give me a second bike Honest man I wish him to have 100 branches in the UK and around the world Bless you

E300 electric bike delivered in good time Did have some minor damage Emailed the company and they sent a new part straight away So far a good experience

Awesome bikes

Just bought the Yoikoto City and I love it It rides like a normal bike without peddle assist unlike my first ebike Its a very smooth ride with and without power and it s a real pleasure to ride Stewart is amazing answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy Awesome bikes
