Chesterfield team Not the best letting agents we have experienced Quite efficient but never had to pay to renew after 1 year before 120 00 Also they pushed us to pay the initial deposit before we had even seen a contract Seem a greedy company who charge for everything possible They also walk around your home twice in 10 months looking in all the rooms

A mixed review here Some elements really good others not A feeling on our part that we had to do the pushing to get a sale When we did staff responded and were helpful For sale sign was marked sold even though it was still only an offer and up to noon two days before missives were concluded If the sale had not proceeded that would have seen our property in effect not visible to others on the web for that period

Made offers on two properties

Made offers on two properties - first one one and only final offer - asked to make higher bid by estate agent Second one advised by recommended mortgage advisor our offer had been rejected a week after the offer - disappointing the estate agent didnt tell us this However after making a second offer now very happy it s been accepted and look forward to an easy transaction

Process complications

Stared off very well through Your Move but became difficult with the involvement of Thirdfort for security and identity checks which I found overly complicated as I D had already been confirmed at the outset and was very difficult using Thirdfort App Trusting that the rest of the sale will be smooth with Conveyancing Experts leading to a prompt and successful sale

Tim Drake was brilliant very understanding and helpful The marketing of our property has been excellent but I was not informed when an offer had been made and very limited communication has been received since

Sell your house 9am -5pm Mon-Fri really

With viewings restricted to 9-5 Monday-Friday a large section of buyers are unable to view I sold my house after receiving a message from someone who knew the house and wanted to view but had been unable to book a viewing due to work I took 2 viewings from the buyer and made the sale not much help from the agents I paid for the enhanced package and was not too impressed with the pictures all distorting the rooms and missing areas of the house and a large section of the garden The buyers said they would maybe not have asked for a viewing had they only had the pictures to rely on as they were not representative of the house Property sold but not sure how effective the agents were on this occasion

Overvalued but service was generally okay

Initial visit was very positive but the property was over valued which resulted in delays in selling The office were lovely and helpful especially Jennifer although we felt we had to chase them quite a lot but we did find communication with Tim to be quite patronising
