Quick and helpful support

Wanted to use this service had some problems with verification and while I was trying to resolve it by myself for few days I already had full booked summer so I wont need to use it this year Nevertheless I contacted support and they were wery polite quick and resolved issues by themselves rather than telling me what to do They even went out of their way to guide me to sync calendar Had realy great experience with support

Your Rentals is a great platform to work with The business team and Matteo provide valuable support and best advice for growing my business In addition they do the kind of work on their platform that Airbnb and VRBO require their clients to do eg the manipulation of rental rates And unlike the Airbnb and VRBO platforms the Your rentals platform doesn t try to trick you eg the possibility re the latter of forgetting or simply not understanding that when you amend rental rates you often must do so on the calendar as well as in the default box None of that shenanigans on the Your rentals platform
