A horrible company They never answer the phone Nobody replies to emails You can not ask 1 question i have called 10 times nobody picks up or calls back Sent 10 messages nobody answers the emails Also a friend of mine wanted to book this appartment Nobody picks up the phone

BEWARE VILE OWNER

BEWARE VILE OWNER Great house great pool lovely views in Pje de Los Corales La Alcaidesa Andalusia Spain The pool filter was switched off but the owner visited once every 3 days to run it for about 15 minutes and add extra chlorine As a result the pool was littered with dead cockroaches wasps and very scary looking and fairly venomous funnel web spiders The cockroaches also ran about the terrace and came into the house We found a used condom under our bed which made us wonder about the cleaning We did a lot of sweeping while we were there to keep the cockroach population down The letting was for 6 people and there were exactly 6 knives and forks Good kitchen equipment but very limited crockery glasses etc The outside furniture was flaking badly We are not the complaining kind so we did not complain After all it is a hot country and we don t expect perfection We took away all our rubbish stripped the beds ran the dishwasher and left the house clean The agent came and took the keys and said everything we had done was fine I would not mention any of this except for the fact that three days after we left we received a demand for 92 damages for various breakages and extra cleaning One of the children had indeed torn one of the pool floats which were already worn and suffering from the extreme heat I had mentioned this to the agent when we left The other claims were totally fictitious This is a boring review and if you are still reading it I m sorry

Not trustworthy

What a worthless organisation We booked an apartment in Tuscany Italy for the summer The apartment was confirmed and we paid for the booking A little over a week before our vacation was planned to start we received an email out of the blue the property is not available anymore They offered us an alternative which was not really an alternative a much smaller apartment with only 1 bedroom instead of 2 for the same price I asked them to find us then a suitable alternative at another property Next thing I received was an email saying that the booking was completely cancelled When I reacted to this email I received a reply in which they said that they couldn t find anything else So good luck on trying to find another property at such short notice I explained to them that I did make cost for this vacation a hotel on the route to Tuscany and PCR tests for the kids There answer was that they acted within their policy However they have to compensate cost made if they cancel This is European law And absolutely the least you can do when leave a consumer hanging like this just prior to their vacation So this is the first but absolutely the last time I ever book with your rentals

Rude incomplete and unhelpful communication

I booked an apartment in Stavanger 3 months in advance of my travel 1 week before the travel date they told me the apartment isn t available because they received a double booking due to a mistake in the system They offered an alternative place but this place wasn t available at my travel date I asked a question about it asked for the costs if available and told them I found the situation very inconvenient and that I hope we can find a solution After that they didn t reply to my first 2 questions availability and price of alternative but only told me they don t have control over it and just found out about it and that I should check the alternative link I told them I did and that I already asked a question about it which they didn t reply to Then I asked them to cancel the current reservation because that s what Airbnb advises when the renter cancels instead of canceling yourself Again Your Rentals nly replied to the last-send message about canceling and not to my question about the alternative place The reply concerning cancelation was that we can t do that ourselves we have to wait for the system and that probably will that a long time Because refund was still 100 I decided to cancel myself and look for an alternative stay myself

DO NOT BOOK WITH YOUR RENTALS COM if DO NOT BOOK WITH YOUR RENTALS COM if booking a Florida Villa with booking com ask them to check if it is through your rentals first before booking We booked a specific villa on 01 01 22 arriving 26 06 22 The villa location was confirmed on several emails from both booking com and your Rentals com However 24 hours before arrival we were informed of a change of location to an area far further away from the attractions The villa itself is dated and shabby with broken AC which we reported on our first day but received a USD75 charge for which we have had to claim back We have now found out that the company which actually own the villa are a fraud scam company just google Columbus Vacation Villas and read the reviews I have emailed your rentals numerous times with these concerns and have received absolutely no response I have had to resort to contacting my credit card company which I used to make the reservation for a refund I have also contacted booking com for the same purpose DO NOT BOOK WITH YOUR RENTALS COM Update- Your rentals requested my previous review was removed- WHY

Disgraceful - AVOID

Disgraceful Booked a holiday had It confirmed and paid the deposit Then asked for more money and then cancelled without notice Left with flights and a car hire and no place to stay NEVER USE THEM They replied offering support I gave them more information and they haven t responded again They are just trying to look supportive but in reality they just want your money Spend elsewhere otherwise you may end up in the same positionUpdate 22 04 I see a response where they say they had been in contact and had tried to find a suitable resolution This is blatantly untrue I have had no contact of such nature I received and email saying we hadn t paid the deposit so they cancelled the booking even though they say they have refunded I have asked them for their address so I can write a legal letter to them and they refused This firm is disgraceful have booked with an alternative and it was a wonderful experience and I have a beautiful villa booked Update 21 04 If you wish to be so helpful please can you send me your Head Office Address and the name of the individual who deals with your legal issues

Hosts BEWARE

Stay away from this To summarise it it seems like a good convenient and inexpensive alternative But They open a Payoneer account in your name without your knowledge and consent Ok maybe it is somewhere in their terms I never read them A quick search thru their terms for Payoneer has no results as of 23 05 2022 How can a bank account open in your name by 3rd party may be misused I prefer not to find out - This is supposed to be a legitimate company right Yes They have an email So then they blocked my account for verification of ID Selfie with ID proof of property ownership But provided no information about who is accessing and storing this data They did ensure the documents safety with a message Note Your ID information will never be shared Sure it won t be shared What about being sold or misused I have no experience how far they can go when it comes to getting your money And I don t intend to find out None of the channels they advertise to support has such ridiculous or even illegal practices If you wouldn t trust unknown fairly anonymous entity with your id selfie and property deed - stay away from your rentals

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience Avoid this company Booked flat in La Linea early in March via Booking com for stay next week commencing 16th May Your rentals took payment on 10th March Rang the property owner the other day re a date change who informed me the flat is not available as he rented it to someone else for the season Your rentals are not replying to my messages but have told Booking com that the flat is still available Not only that they are now trying to take payment from my card again unsuccessfully Is it so they can claim I didn t fulfil my end of the contract I see other people here had similar experience Edit The company eventually admitted that the property had been let to someone else and gave me a full refund for the booking The main point is that their communication procedure is terrible - non-existent - when there is a problem Perhaps you need to employ more staff The other issue was that the booking was on booking com and the latter promised to help but ended up sitting on their hands because no accurate information was forthcoming from your rentals As listing on third party platfoms is your rentals primary business activity their lack of support will always be the weakest link

Absolutely diabolical to deal with as hosts My property has been damaged your rentals are not interested when you report all issues to them The customer service team do not speak basic English iv had to chase them for the payouts I will now unlist my property with them after Months of problems and continual issues with them Update 16 10 2022 In regards to your reply Your company are just money orientated All you do is take I will be withdrawing my property from your platform ASAPUpdate 01 11 2022Further to our email exchange your rentals have been sending us sarcastic emails in regards to delisting our holiday properties with them I am now forced to reporting them to their holiday association Their behaviour is unprofessional and diabolical please do not use this company to rent your holiday home they will try and con you You have been warned

Unfortunately I booked the appartment in Bulgaria via Your rentals and the service was extremely bad at the place I complained to the company Your rentals and demanded a price reduction according to the Danish law The company customer service just said fuc you in a very nice way Very disappointed with this company and the service they rpovide I don t recommend this company
