They are not as responsive as I would like

Pretty slow in responding to emails And then they just drop off rather annoying This is the experience pre onboarding to none They trigger happy approach to something like hospitality Im not a guest but host

Edit After a rough start your rentals did contact us and started discussions In the end we came to an agreement that works for both parties Thank you for keeping communications going and working towards a good outcome The only advice I would like to give is to respond timely when a customer is trying to contact you A simple We ve received your message and will get back to you as soon as possible This will greatly help giving your customers some peace of mind

Almost perfect

Everything as it was described customer assistance was on time only problem the two days advance date in the payment balance created problems with our prepaid credit card problem explained and solved by customer support

Clear and easy to use The only problem the sync between channels is not very quick which causes a risk of overbooking
