They had recorded when our fixed rate was finishing and contacted us early to re-arrange another fixed rate The rates available were no where as good due to all rates going up but they did a great job

Really easy process the communication was excellent and all representatives took the time to be personally available to help I saved 191 a month by remortgaging and they were able to speed up the process to get it done by the end of my old rate Highly impressed
