Really poor and unhelpful customer service Placed an order so I could receive the gift for spending over 50 aswell as wanting my initial purchase I made the purchase on my phone and it did not ask me to input a promotional code Queried this with customer service They advised that I would have been asked to put in a code and they can t do anything else to help Never mind the fact that they can see that I have spent enough to qualify for this and in the timeframe requested Due to not feeling helped or valued as a customer sending the initial product back as would rather spend the money elsewhere

Unreliable stock system shows items in stock and lets you buy them when they are not Inefficient and unhelpful customer service - worst ever you have been warned Tried to scam me by sending freebies instead of 400 items I had ordered Then told me my items had been delivered It is vital you keep you packagin slip and take pictures of delivered items if there is anything missing in your order If you like YSL - buy from a reputable source Avoid this shop

Do not use the website Terrible terrible service online they sent the wrong product and have no returns procedure apart from asking the customer to return the wrong item as their own cost no suggestion that they should provide the right item or acknowledge something that was completely their mistake I ve contacted my bank and they are going to reverse the charge

First and last order from the brand

Having spent well over enough to get a free gift I contacted customer service as this was not showing in my order confirmation They assured me it was included and due to be dispatched soon The order turned up with no free gift I ve since emailed and they told me they would get back to me shortly which they never did and are now ignoring me emails Not a true luxury brand and I will not order from again

I ordered several items from YSL beauty When they arrived one item was missing I reported it and have never received a replacement I have also asked for a refund and that hasn t been done either Absolutely shocking service from a supposed high end retailer

This is the review everybody need to see Before i place my order they offer a bonus because I CHOOSE BUY LIBRE LE PARFUM OF 50ML THE BONUS OFFER I ADD FOR FREE WAS A LIPSCTICK COUTURE N70 and 2 sampler more then when i pay my order they took off the lipstick of the BONUS THEY OFFER WITH THE PARFUM Really If you gonna put the sale beautiful for clients do what you are offering i totaly cancel this order

Free gift never received out of stock but offer still on the website

I placed an order on Feb 6th and was supposed to have a free Grind tin with my Black Opium purchase I never received the email so contacted customer service I got a reply asking to check my spam then NOTHING until today March 14th where they told me that the gift is out of stock and there s nothing they can do You can currently find the SAME OFFER on the website it s so cheeky to let it online The customer support is useless take a MONTH to reply wouldn t recommend purchasing from them

Absolutely horrendous Placed an order over a week ago and paid 10 for next day delivery and still not received my items Customer service is shocking Avoid buying from here I get all my cosmetics from Look Fantastic now excellent from them l YSL never ever again will I order from you
