A friend and I bought the same item with different accounts because of a buy limit Zenmarket charged us different amounts for the same product They also doubled their handling fee in between my inquiry and my putting money in my funds

Very difficult customer service

Very difficult customer service there is no damage insurance even if it was paid the team will find an excuse not to give you a refund unlike other forwarders that I ve dealt with this on specifically will care very less about their customers Anyone from Middle east GCC don t deal with this company

FRAUD INCOMPETENT WEBSITE NEVER BUY ANYTHING

I have made purchases of about 4900 usd on zen market Every time I have paid Zenmarket insurance fees shipping fees and a lot of other service charges Two of my packages came out torn opened and items missing from it Since 3 months the customer service is asking me the same questions and requesting proofs which I have already sent them when I lodged a complaint The agents keep on changing and they will irritate you like anything I have lost 600 usd worth of items Who is responsible for it It s zen market responsibility to deliver my goods safe n sound as I have paid zenmarket completely along with so called charges insurance and what not The customer service is a joke and incompetent enough to resolve my issue They have lost a permanent customer now Just one word Frauds refund back my money

Poor quality service and attitude

I input my full address but for some reason they system only captured my postal code and phone number I was charged SGD 21 40 processing for incomplete address Approached Zenmarket but they refused to admit fault My balance in the Zenmarket i wanted to withdraw but was told that payments beyond 180 days cannot be withdrawn Really angry I had more than 7000 yen If not for the money that I had topped up to Zenmarket I would have used Buyee The reason why I topped up money to Zenmarket was I wanted to make a pre order but after payment was told that order cannot be placed Additional comment In the reply Zen Japan says they cannot send out parcel with only postal code and phone number but I have photo proof that they did

Vast Decline in Service during the past two years

During the past two years I have watched a steady decline in service from ZenMarket When using Zen I have also used another proxy service in parallel - the old saying of putting all your eggs in one basket This is what I have found - Zen unable to purchase when other proxy service did- Zen customer service is not honest all customer services from proxy companies are not to Japanese high standards - many items will need review by Zen before purchase and this process is slow and not always successful - not the case with the other service- slow to log a package has been received and very slow for packing to ship - they say a shortage of labor yet the customer suffers and now increased service fees so the customer is left waiting and pays more - the quality of packing and packaging materials has markedly decreased to the point of being quite terrible my latest parcel Summary there are other proxy services available and should be explored until Zen gets their act sorted out Right now it looks like a rather amature operation I have seen loads of complaints about making deposits and having trouble getting money back I have not tried to get money back so can t say if this is a problem or not Having to deposit money on account does not seem very safe to me - people should be careful Further to the response from ZenMarket we had reached out to ZenMarket three times before posting this review offering to discuss issues No response from Zen Their fees are no longer competitive we have shifted all of our business away from Zen As their response indicates they have issues which they are trying to address Whether they can or will improve is a wait and see In the meantime the customer suffers pays increased fees and gets poor service - BTW the customer service is a complete disservice Best to use another proxy service until Zen has addressed their many issues

I ordered three games from zen market

I ordered three games from zen market one for ps1 came with scratches and the rest for ps3 one of them came with little scratches and not working They should check if the item you ordered is working before sending it And the order take nearly two month to arrive

Ok as long as you don t chose yen express shipping method

Used their something to order something from Japan all was going ok till I found out there zen express used Evri Hermes and I knew it was over Moved from Japan to Hong Kong fine and as soon as Evri touched it became a lost parcel Got in contact with them they refused to refund me any fees so basically I took a loss here So not very happy to say the least with that outcome

They are lazy and they hurt customers

I had money sent to Zenmarket with Wise 130 000 yen I requested a refund instead of refunding that they instead issues numerous credit card payments from a month ago but they didn t refund the 3 5 fee they charge for credit cards Also credit cards charge 2 5 internally when conversion So I lost 7800 yen - almost 60 because of this stupid issue
