Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 4 items on 1 31 23 have a tracking but the shipping site says they havent received the package yet Today is March 13th - seriously I have contacted the company multiple times and get an auto response asking for information I have already provided and saying I will be contacted in 24-48 hours I received an email with the exact same information and no assistance provided at all no phone to reach out to anyone not having a good experience at all plus I just read if you don t get a refund before 90 days after your order you just loose your money and they give you store credit why would I want to take a chance again

No delivery to Finland

They claim to deliver to Europe but when I go to checkout every single country is present in the country dropdown except for Finland I have tried contacting their support multiple times but they either respond with absolutely useless replies such us But are you really ordering to Finland maybe you actually want to order to England or don t respond at all Based on the responses not one of the support people bothered to actually look into the issue even when I attached a screenshot

I ordered two bracelets on 25 November Order number 2294452 as gifts for Christmas No news no tracking update When I tried to fill in the contact form it said my email was invalid which is ridiculous because it isn t but it means there was no other way to contact them Such a disappointment K Fletcher

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service now won t reply to Facebook dms or emails refusing a refund on an order that never come Avoid at all costs Cancelled the credit and only sent a refund after 2 months of complaining via email Facebook twitter AND Instagram not good enough at all

After waiting 3 weeks for my watch

After waiting 3 weeks for my watch strap to be delivered I was sent the wrong one I contacted Zox about a replacement refund but never heard back from them Very poor experience I d definitely recommend you avoid them

Package hasn t arrived in estimated

Package hasn t arrived in estimated time frame and when I track it it seems to not have moved from a city 400 miles north of me Not sure what went wrong but it seems to be lost in transit perhaps Not zox fault but the delivery company First time ordering if it doesn t arrive I will not be ordering again

Shocking customer service

Spent almost 40 on 25th November order number 2296865 Sent an email for an update no response Filled in the contact form no response Sent a fb message over messenger no response Absolutely disgusted in the complete lack of customer service here I know royal mail have been striking but everything else ordered within November has been delivered from everywhere else This is no excuse to completely ignore requests for updates

Dont bother

Dont bother They provide invalid tracking details for a company the package isnt even with then try to say that the customer should contact the alternative courier themselves even though they dont even tell you which company its with and only provide a correct tracking link when chased too late Already been three missed deliveries as guess what i have a job Not sure how i can rearrange delivery for a day im not working when i dont even know who its with For a company thats supposedly all about the positivity its been a really negative experience for this customerEditing to respond your colleague Erica already has the email trail with screenshots showing the invalid tracking details on dhl and no link or even mention on your nor dhl s site that it would instead be with evri You can speak to your team yourself to get the details and hopefully improve your processes its not my responsibility quite frankly

terrible customer service

awful customer service say they ll try anything to help but really give no assistance at all Then they re all about the big hugs - seriously avoid Editing to respond already gave you the name of the customer service representative i spoke to and to be honest if you have more than one incident of this nature happening then i would suggest your company is even worse than i thought If you don t have the wherewithall to check your own email trails from a specific staff member for an issue that matches then its no surprise that you re so inept big hugs

I love the Zox bands but this is the second time I ve had issues with Zox delivering to Australia The first time I was told my order was lost and to contact Zox I did not receive email fb replies for over a week This time my order was undeliverable firstly due to my address being incorrect which it wasn t and secondly due to it being damaged which according to the pictures the courier company sent me they weren t I was talking with 2 people from zox and 3 different courier companies all of which had no idea what anyone else was doing In the end I was told the bands would be re-shipped to me and then I received a refund from zox and told the bands had been returned to sender by the courier company Really deplorable service Not only that but now I have a very upset 6 year old that doesn t understand why their brave bracelet isn t coming If Zox would like to do anything about it my order was 2659627 I would be wary if you are outside the US ordering from Zox
