POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order was a gift and did not arrive on date promised even though I paid extra for fast shipping It was ordered with plenty time but did not ship for several days and was not in time for my granddaughters birthday so disappointing Maybe you should sell your products on Amazon they are pros at timely delivery

Missing product

The order arrived longer than expected but it arrived I emailed instagrammed Facebook messaged website contact and NOT ONCE did I get a reply from the company The order does turn up but just be mindful there is no customer service One band turned up with a slight snag in the stitching - I would inform them but If I held my breath on a reply I ll probs be dead

Ordered on the 19th of November still haven t received tracking number states that DSL is still waiting for the item even though it has a tracking number Wrote customer service they wrote back stating they didn t have an answer DSL said contact the shipping company

Very Slow Delivery tme

I was really happy at first with my ZOX Perfectly Imperfect bracelet The size was absolutely perfect even a little bit loose I took it off every night before bed Over about a month the stretch just became completely loose and it is now falling off my arm I really expected better from the company and the bracelet I have no idea why it has stretched so much and won t go back So frustrating Plus it took almost two months to arrive

Shipping insurance to get what you already paid for

Took forever to get the product-I ve gotten things ordered from China faster Sizing info is not accurate I ordered mediums based on your measurements but they are too large Guess I should have just ordered one to start to check the sizes All in all the product is lovely but I would have appreciated knowing it would take weeks to get my order

You re flipping a coin with Zox

I purchase the bracelets for my boys They love them The last order I placed was lost I will say the customer service was helpful and kind What I m not pleased about is that they now offer and strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance in case your package is lost If you do not purchase it they will not reimburse you or reship your order It seems obnoxious to me that I purchase something and in order to get my package I have to pay more money to guarantee I receive it When I order from other stores I do not have to this While we love the bracelets due to this policy I will not be placing another order

Love the product but everything else is unreliable

You re flipping a coin with Zox Either the quality is good and the band is durable or it looks nothing like the quality advertised and falls apart quickly Their support is also incredibly slow and unhelpful you ll be paying out your own pocket to return items so overall a poor quality company with bad customer happiness aims Only order if you LOVE the look of a band

I love my wristbands from Zox but their shipping speed leaves a lot to be desired My first few purchases took multiple weeks to be delivered and my most recent purchase has yet to be delivered and I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping a week ago Not only that my points have completely disappeared from my account and any purchases that go through Shop Pay don t even show up in my orders Love the product but everything else is unreliable

absolutely love the bracelets and movement behind them but i paid for 3-4 day shipping it is now day 4 and i have not received my package it is a mother s day gift for my mom and i was really hoping it would be here before then that s why i ordered it when i did and paid extra for the 3-4 day shipping
