Great

The probiotics from the pharmacy are excellent quality. After a couple of weeks, my digestion improved noticeably — less bloating and more regular bowel movements. I feel lighter and more comfortable throughout the day, especially after meals. No side effects, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Great value for better gut health.

Very good

The zinc supplement I got from the pharmacy is very good. I've noticed my immune system seems stronger — I haven't caught a cold this season like usual. My hair and nails are growing faster and look healthier too. No stomach upset when taken with food. It's a simple addition that's made a real difference.
