Book Never Delivered and Poor Customer Service
I ordered a book in May and waited three weeks, but it never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said it had been “lost in the mail” and told me they would resend it. After another three weeks, it still did not arrive. When I reached out again, the company was unhelpful and repeated that it was “lost in the mail,” also suggesting I may have entered my address incorrectly, even though they had previously confirmed it was correct.
It has now been almost three months since I placed the order, and I still have not received the book. For a $65 comic book, I expected proper customer service and at least an apology, but I received neither—and still no product.
