Terrible Service
Terrible service. The driver arrived 45 minutes late and was consistently late at every pickup. We booked the car to drive us around Abu Dhabi, stopping at a few sites — restaurants, the Louvre, and the Grand Mosque — but each time we had to wait 20–30 minutes for him to show up. It didn’t seem like he knew where he was going, even with GPS. Customer service on WhatsApp was responsive with messages, but there was no real action taken. Overall, the service was very poor.
