Interface however buries flexible date searches behind extra clicks that competitors surface immediately, and price alerts fired inconsistently, sometimes three days late making the deal theoretical. Customer service exists only via email with day-long response times. Useful as one input among several when hunting fares obsessively, incomplete as a standalone tool.
