Found two genuinely cheap itineraries through this flight comparison site that beat my usual aggregators, so the core search earns its place in rotation. Interface however buries flexible date searches behind extra clicks that competitors surface immediately, and price alerts fired inconsistently, sometimes three days late making the deal theoretical. Customer service exists only via email with day-long response times. Useful as one input among several when hunting fares obsessively, incomplete as a standalone tool.

Hired them remotely to sort out my chaotic home office setup before going full remote at work. Within a two-hour session they restructured my network, fixed the VPN conflicts that IT could never diagnose, and set up proper backups that actually run on schedule. The engineer shared his screen, explained each change in plain language and left documentation I still refer to. Hourly rate was fair for the expertise level and scheduling was flexible across time zones. Minor deduction because the first slot got rescheduled once.
