Tumbler looked nothing like the listing
Ordered a branded tumbler from MerchIdea as a gift and what arrived was a disappointing knock-off of the product photo: wrong finish, cheap feeling lid that leaks, and printing already scuffed. Delivery also stretched past five weeks with no updates when chased. Reading this page shows others never received anything at all, so mine may be the lucky version. Either way, the false advertising alone earns the lowest score I can give.
