Defective Products and No Response From Customer Support
I purchased four solar-powered ultrasonic rabbit repellers, but none of them worked as advertised. I attempted to contact Ventayo five times through the email address provided in the paperwork to arrange a return, but I never received a response. Their lack of communication has made it impossible to return the defective items.
