Finally found pants that fit

I'm quite short and it can be hard to find work pants with the right length online. These fit me properly without needing alterations, and the waist is comfortable too.

Positive Experience perfect fit correct length comfortable waist no alterations needed work pants

My tracking link has not changed in nearly a month, and the package still has not arrived. I sent the company two emails and heard back once with a request for my phone number. I had to order the same thing from another store because I needed it for work.

Critical Review package not delivered tracking not updated poor communication slow shipping had to repurchase

Disappointing experience with defective pair

Received a pair with a torn lining right out of the box. Emailed support twice and got no reply for a week. Finally got a refund after I threatened to dispute the charge, but the whole process wasted a lot of time time.

Critical Review defective product poor customer support slow refund torn lining wasted time
