Sleep improved within the first week
Skeptical at first, I tried the Healthy Metal nightly drink mix after months of broken sleep. Within a week I was falling asleep faster and waking less, which my smartwatch sleep data actually corroborates. Taste is pleasant, mildly milky rather than medicinal. Delivery within Australia took four days. Subscription pricing makes it affordable long term. Whatever scepticism I had has been thoroughly answered by the results.
