Three Months In - Billing Issues, Fake Profiles, and Zero Support
I subscribed about three months ago after finding a couple creators I genuinely liked. Within the first week, I noticed an extra charge on my statement that wasn't part of the subscription I signed up for. When I contacted support, it took them nearly two weeks to reply, and their response was a generic template that didn't even address my specific issue.
The fake profile problem is real. I'd say about 30-40% of the profiles I came across were either completely inactive or clearly bot-generated. You can tell by the generic bios, stolen photos, and zero engagement. It makes finding genuine creators feel like searching for a needle in a haystack.
Cancelling was another headache. There's no simple 'cancel subscription' button - you have to dig through settings, and even then it doesn't always process correctly. I ended up having to contact my bank to stop the recurring payments, which shouldn't be necessary for a legitimate platform.
The creators I did follow were great, don't get me wrong. But the platform itself feels like it's designed to extract money rather than provide value. If you're considering joining, I'd suggest checking out JLCams or similar platforms first - at least their billing is transparent and support actually responds.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
