Purchased a two-person infrared sauna here after months of showroom comparisons. Build quality justified the investment, Canadian hemlock construction fitting together precisely during the two-person assembly their video guided perfectly, heater panels reaching target temperatures within promised timeframes consistently across daily use since spring. Electrical requirements guidance proved accurate preventing electrician surprises, documentation thorough for warranty registration. Delivery arrived palletised protectively on schedule communicated in advance clearly. Wellness claims I take moderately, but sleep quality improvement feels genuine post-evening sessions. Serious purchase handled professionally throughout.
