Very disappointed so far. Website looks great and this will be a useful service if it ever works smoothly as there is definitely a gap in the market for this.
It has been 16 days since my voucher was confirmed as sold but have still not received payment. I edited my stripe details via the provided link after the sale, however i cant check that my details are correct as the link is now broken. I understand that there was some issues with payments and I accept that as a new business there will be hiccups along the way, however judging by the replies to previous reviews this should now be sorted. Again, this may be something i am doing wrong, however I cannot seem to contact anyone for assistance. I have tried the live chat numerous times and left messages and have been ignored thus far. Customers will be much more likely to forgive delays in payment if there was clear communication but there is none. This is not a small amount of money and contact from Sparefare would alleviate any stress. Disappointing
