Disappointing Experience With Multiple Incorrect Orders
I placed two orders with Urbinie, and the second was made after receiving a 29% discount voucher as compensation for a delay.
In my first order, which included three items, only one arrived correctly. The second item was the wrong product in the wrong size, and the third item was never shipped.
The second order also had issues, with one item being completely incorrect. I paid extra for shipping insurance on both orders and have submitted claims, but I'm not very optimistic about receiving any compensation.
