I ordered what I thought was a hardcover book but ended up with a digital download instead. The product listing wasn't clear about this being an ebook, which was frustrating after I'd already paid. When I contacted them about returning it, their response time was slow and they seemed unwilling to help. The book itself was fine content-wise, but the whole experience felt deceptive. For someone like me who specifically wants physical books, this was disappointing.
