My first month with this provider was honestly fine, decent picture quality and the local channels from back home streamed without issues, so I paid for six months upfront. Around month two the rot started: entire channel groups vanished, the on-demand section stopped updating, and login drops became a nightly occurrence between eight and ten. I messaged their support chat four times about the missing channels and got one reply telling me to clear my cache, which did nothing. Half my subscription window is left and half the service is gone with it. Pay monthly here, never longer.
