Ordered three summer dresses from their Instagram ads. What arrived four weeks later differed meaningfully from the photos: thinner fabric, different print scale and one dress in a visibly wrong colour shade. To their credit support offered choices rather than stonewalling, partial refund or return to an overseas address costing most of the refund anyway, so partial refund it was.
